I try to start out each day by listing a handful of things I am grateful for. With the stress of wedding planning, there are times when I am so in the weeds that all I see is a long to-do list, and I have to do some real digging just to find one thing! But I know deep down that I have a pretty awesome life and I have PLENTY of things to be grateful for (even if I have to start small and just be grateful for the strong cup of coffee in front of me!). However, there is one thing that I am extremely thankful for that makes all of this wedding planning worthwhile. I am so excited to have all the people I love and cherish under one roof on my wedding day. When else will all your friends and family all be together celebrating YOU?
Which leads me to the wedding trend that I am loving these days – the note of thanks to all of your guests at the wedding. Whether it is in the form of a poster or a place card, I just can’t get enough of it.
I hope this is one trend that sticks, because all of us brides have a lot to be grateful for.
