MONTH OF QUESTIONNAIRE

We can’t wait to jump in and get up to speed on all of your amazing planning & design! This questionnaire will give us an idea of where you are now and let us build out your wedding day timeline in detail. We are here for any last minute guidance or advice, as we take over all vendor communication so you can sit back, relax and get gorgeous for your wedding day! Our workflow will consist of in an person site visit & decor punch list, a few planning calls, and all venue paperwork being completed over the next six weeks.
